VINTAGE TOY SOLDIER RUG - INFORMATION WANTED!

Does anyone recognize this old rug? This was in my nursery in the early 1950s. It measures about 23" x 42". The only manufacturer's mark is the words "RetRoc" on the back. What could that mean? I appreciate any thoughts or suggestions.
